I moved to Berlin in 1993, my kids grew up and attended school here. I adore my children and traveling all over the world! My other interests include biking, reading, volunteering at my church and supporting my Virginia Tech Hokies!

Cathy was a Navy brat, born in Iowa. She's also lived in California, Colorado & North Carolina before coming to Maryland. She has been a member of our team for 11 years, and another agent’s for 8 before that. Cathy is an enormously proud mother of two sons who are both over 6’4, and when she isn’t stuck in the office you can find her playing with her puppy Jojo or watching her six grand kids!

Bradley was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Bradley began his Financial Services career in 2016 and has been a member of the Claudia Nicholls team since June of 2022. He and his wife moved to Berlin in 2020 with their daughters and two dogs. He and his family enjoy spending their limited free time by being outdoors. During the summer, he spends most weekends driving out to Assateague or enjoying family time by the pool. Bradley believes Berlin is such a cool, family friendly town and he hopes to continue to grow long lasting relationships with its residents through his work with State Farm.
